Bronze Level Aims and Objectives

This course is designed to provide you with all of the technical knowledge required to perform an entry-level role in the IT industry. You will develop PC Support and Network Support skills with the widely respected CompTIA A+ and Network+ qualifications. Furthermore, you will then become Microsoft certified with the MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician qualification - allowing you to support PC desktops and users that the vast majority of companies now have.

 CompTIA A+

The CompTIA A+ certification is widely recognised as the best starting place for new IT professionals looking to work in the hardware or systems side of the industry.

Exam: 220-601 and 220-602

 CompTIA Network+

Adding to the CompTIA range of certifications the Network+ gives a good vendor neutral module examining network technologies and giving an introduction to networked systems.

Exam: N10-003

 Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Support Technician

This MCITP certification is a recent addition and is aimed at people who want to get into the IT industry at an entry level. It covers installing and troubleshooting the Windows Vista operating system and other applications.

Exam: 70-620 and 70-622
